Foodie Friday!

Happy Friday!!! Today I am participating in my first "Foodie Friday"
I am showing photos of one of my family's favorite...

Fajitas!!!!

The secret to a great fajita is it the marinade (just my opinion)

1 (1 1/2 to 2 lb) beef flank steak
2 cups of salsa
1/4 cup Worcewstershire sause
2 Tbs fresh lime juice
1 Tbs vegetable oil
2 teaspooons firmly packed brown sugar
2 cloves garlic minced
2 large onions cut into 1/2 inch slices
1 green peper quartered
1 red peper quartered
7" flour tortillas

Place steak in a shallow glass baking dish. in a small bowl combine salsa. worcestershire sauce, lime juce, oil, brown sugar, and garlic. Mix well & pour over steak. cover refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight, turning occasionally. Remove steak from salsa mixture: (reserve mixture)
Over medium hot coals, grill steak, onions & pepper until desired doneness.
in a small sausepan, bring reserved salsa mixture to a boil: boil 2 minutes, set aside.
Thinly slice steak diagonally across the grain. Cut peppers & onion into thin strips.
Serve steak, onions & peppers in warm tortillas with  sause & whatever "fixings" you like!
DELISH!!

Now off to visit some of the other Foodies! maybe I can find something new & yummie for dinner!!
Thanks for todays visit!!!
